Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Wrong Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not provided for incorrect addresses, missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability, or change of mind after dispatch.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
